Here’s a sneak peek into the skin care products I’ve been testing for the last three months. These are my upcoming skin care reviews…
I have been MIA (missing in action) the last couple of months but I have a good reason for this. I promise all will be revealed soon!
In the mean time, I want you to know that I have been purchasing and testing products like crazy. Skin care seems to have taken priority over the last three months and I’ve been researching acids as an alternative to what we would typically class as an exfoliator…scrubs.
As the cold winter weather set in, I knew I had to ditch my foaming cleansers and my harsh facial exfoliating scrubs.
Enter a ridiculous amount of research and product testing…
So, to keep you in the loop instead of wondering where I am and what I’ve been doing, I’ve now compiled a list of products I will be reviewing over the next few months.
Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Pads Extra Strength
First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads
The Ordinary Lactic Acid
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid
The Ordinary Rose Hip Seed Oil
The Ordinary Azelaic Acid
The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension
Pixi Glow Tonic
Burts Bees Facial Cleanser
Nude Omega Cleansing Jelly
January Labs Hydrating Mist
Bioderma Hydrabio Moisturiser
Murad Complete Reform
Belif Moisturising Bomb
Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm
Yes, I’ve been busy.
As you can see, I have plenty to write about. If you are a skin care junkie like myself, make sure you stay tuned over the next few weeks for these reviews. I will review them in order so the items which I bought a little while back are the ones I will review first as they have had the longer testing time.
I should also take the time to say I am by no means a skin care expert. I do my research and I take advice from actual experts. Everyone has different skin types and issues so I do highly recommend you take the time to research a skin care routine which suits your needs.
Here are the skin care experts I take advice from:
She is the queen of skin care and has a cracking sense of humour. Caroline is a globally qualified advanced aesthetician. Her blog is incredibly useful and I highly recommend her cheat sheets for top notch advice.
A London-based cosmetic dermatologist who has been on TLC’s Extreme Beauty Disasters. Check out her YouTube channel.
Not your typical bubbly YouTube beauty guru. She works behind the scenes in the beauty industry as a manufacturer’s representative for professional beauty companies. She will tell it like it is, just like Caroline Hirons does. If a product is horrendous, she’ll let you know it’s not worth your money. No pushing products for money on her channel.
See you all soon for some skin care reviews!
